City Lofts LA is dedicated to helping LA become the revitalized core of a great dynamic city. Downtown LA is planning more than $1 billion in retail, hospitality, restaurants, theatres, art galleries and residential development and parks in the next two years. With all this investment the primary re-development has shifted to housing. There is a boom in building for the residential sector: new lofts and condos as well as “adaptive re-use” of industrial buildings that are now live-work lofts.
